Opening a training and consultancy business in Philippines by a foreigner

Hi All,

I am working as an engineer in one of India’s largest IT company. I got opportunity to work with various global clients and also got exposure on various cutting-edge technologies being currently used in IT industry.  

Is it possible for any foreigner to open corporate training and consultancy business in Phillippines. 

I might not be having large funds but wish to start as an individual. Is it easy for me to do so..

What are things I should consider for even attempting this.

    That’s an awesome free puordct Mommy Jess kay gamit kaayo! I used the Blue BOnnet brand for my baking and frying of rice. Not so much on bread kay walay lami parat man gud ilang bread diri unya parat pa jud ang butter. Lol.Late bpc hop.
