We got ours through Metrobank -but only because the bank manager was a friend and was able to give us the lowest interest and highest loan amount. iba na talaga pag kaibigan:) hehe
I would advise asking around. I would say try comparing BPI, Metrobank and BDO.
And also, I’ve read Fiz mention the Loan Ranger a couple of times, so you might try that. (loanrangerofficial on facebook)
Sorry I can’t recommend an actual bank. You see they each have their own appraisers, and depending on how the appraiser scores the property, they might give better or worse terms.
But for condo, I guess it might be the bank that’s affiliated/related to the condo developer. BDO for SMDC condos, maybe BPI for Ayala Land condos…
