Anyone know wher to find load distributors or sub-distributors?

I tried going to Globe, but they told me Globe isn’t directly involved anymore. I’d have to go straight to a load distributor. They don’t know where to find one; their advice was to go to load stations (“near MRT”) and ask them who/where their distributor is.
